A Special Invitation to Delegates of Economist Conferences' Business Roundtable with the Government of Cambodia

The International Business Club of Cambodia invites you to see more, do more, and know more about doing business in Cambodia. Following Economist Conferences' Business Roundtable with senior officials of the Royal Government in Siem Reap, you will have more questions about doing business in this country. We not only urge you to ask them, but will provide a special forum for you to get more detailed answers from a broader cross section of government and business leaders.

Following the Roundtable in Siem Reap, the IBC invites you to Phnom Penh on February 17 & 18 to meet with us and share our experience in taking our places in this developing economy.

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia — and is the center of both the private sector and government. Residence to the government, diplomatic missions, donor institutions, and both national and international companies, Phnom Penh is where we do business.

For over 15 years, the IBC has provided a forum in which international businesses could discuss the complexities of doing business in Cambodia. Its members represent both national and multinational companies; with the main criteria for membership being adherence to international standards of best practice. The IBC engages the Royal Government of Cambodia in regular dialogue through the Government-Private Sector Forum and the sectoral Working Groups.

The IBC has played a supporting role for the Siem Reap Roundtable, where you will meet a number of our members as sponsors, speakers and participants. We hope you will continue on to Phnom Penh where we have arranged a full program to answer your specific questions about the investment environment and the practicalities of doing business in this country.

After Economist Conferences' Business Roundtable in Siem Reap on Monday, February 16, the following day will be a travel day to Phnom Penh, which is only half an hour away by air, or several hours by boat or car.
