PricewaterhouseCoopers (Cambodia) Limited, previously Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse, has been established in Cambodia since 1995. The Company was established as a wholly foreign-owned subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Indochina) Pte., Limited.

The Company is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and the operating duration of the Company is 99 years effective from the date of registration with the Ministry of Commerce. The Ministry of Commerce registration was issued on 18 January 1999 bearing reference number 594/99E. PricewaterhouseCoopers (Cambodia) Limited is also registered with the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors ("KICPAA").

Donor funded projects including Australian Agency for International Development ("AusAID"), Danish International Development Agency ("Danida"), the European Commission ("EC"), Global Fund, Japanese Government, the World Bank ("WB"), USAID and the Asian Development Bank ("ADB") Audits of a number of projects implemented by Government Ministries and NGOs.
