British/New Zealand. Born in 1942, he has lived in Asia for 44 years the last 20 of which were in Vietnam and Cambodia. He previously worked for the Standard Chartered Bank from 1961 until retiring in 1999 as Resident Director, Mekong Sub-region. He is currently Vice-chairman of ACLEDA Bank Plc — a position he has held since October 2000 — and Country Representative Cambodia for Jardine Matheson Limited.
He joined the Executive Committee in 2008 and chaired the Sub-committee responsible for revising the Club's constitution. He also chairs the PR and External Affairs Sub-committee.
