American/Cambodian. Born in 1951, he is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. He has lived and worked in Cambodia since 1993, making him the longest serving foreign lawyer in the country. He is Senior Partner in Sciaroni & Associates, and also has served as Legal Adviser to the Royal Government of Cambodia since 1996, a position which holds the rank of Minister. Mr Sciaroni is also the Private Sector Co-chair of Working Group 'D' on Law, Tax and Good Governance of the Government-Private Sector Forum and is currently Chairman of the American Cambodian Business Council.
Mr. Sciaroni joined the IBC’s Executive Committee in 2000, and has served as Chairman since 2001.
